Priority Levels

  • Severely Critical
    The network or computer is completely down and is impacting the workflow of all employees
    Immediate response requested
  • Mildly Critical
    The problem is affecting one or more employees.
    Same-day response requested
  • Non-Critical
    The problem requires attention but is more of an irritant than an emergency.
    Schedule at earliest convenience.
